Our fitness kickboxing program provides persons of ANY skill or fitness level with a fun, challenging and diverse workout in each class. Our fast-paced, high energy classes are lead by skilled instructors ready to answer any questions.

We aim to provide the best possible martial arts education to all our students from age 3 to 93! In addition to learning American Karate in an encouraging and safe environment, our students get a great work out at the same time!
