We are a self defense school in Woodstock Georgia that focuses on real world self protection methods for the professional adult. Our clientele includes professional business owners, Law Enforcement officers, professional adults and many others looking for a safe environment to learn how to effectively defend themselves.

Sifu Alan Baker
Sifu Alan Baker is an internationally recognized martial arts & self defense expert. He has been training in the Martial Arts since 1981 and teaching since 1990. In 1999 he was inducted into the WHFSC International Martial Arts Hall of Fame. In 2007 Sifu Baker was awarded the rank of 7th Degree Black Belt by the International Martial Arts Headfounders Grandmasters Council.

Chris Benfield
Chris Benfield currently holds rank as a black belt under Master Pedro Sauer who is a direct student of Grandmaster Helio Gracie, the founder of Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Sihing Chris has trained for 12 years under Sifu Alan Baker

Iris Mathews
Sije Iris is AMAC's Program Director and Office Manager. She runs all the daily operations here at the school where she has been training since 2006. She also is an instructor in our Kids Gracie Jiu Jitsu program, our Youth MMA program, and our Fitness Kickboxing program.
